1.High Frequency tempered, process the design without copper plating, decrease the hardness of mast, increase the bend resistance. It can be bended over 60 degree angle without breakage

2. Grinding Speed of spindle between 20,000-30,000rpm, preserve 0.025-0.030mm less than standard size for honing process, the importance on controlling the distance between two holes

3.Semi-finished honing with CBN stone, make the crossing lines angle between 30 to 45. Finished honing remove the high-points of prvious process, control the roundness & barrel of hole within 0.05mm!
